As of 2021, the percentage of people aged 15+ who have a credit card in 121 countries where data was available ranged from 0% in Afghanistan to a high of 82.74% in Canada. The average percentage across the 121 countries was 22.6%.* We’ll look at two applications in two different credit card units of a multinational bank and another for improving credit card payments. Then we’ll finish with a video of how today’s credit cards are made.

Using Six Sigma to Improve Credit Card Payments
