I am an operations and business transformation professional with over 10 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, process improvement, and business analytics across the transportation and pharmaceutical distribution industries. I currently serve as Director of Operations at Silkroad Tranz Inc., where I focus on improving operational efficiency, fleet utilization, financial performance, technology implementation, and organizational processes.

Throughout my career, I have led initiatives involving ERP, CRM, and Transportation Management Systems, developed data-driven financial and operational models, optimized inventory and asset utilization, and restructured processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve accountability. I focus on using data, process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to identify operational challenges and implement measurable, sustainable improvements.

I hold an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics from Michigan State University's Broad College of Business. My professional interests include continuous improvement, operational excellence, process optimization, supply chain management, business analytics, and using technology and data to drive sustainable organizational performance.
