Ph.D.Federico Zertuche obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo in 1992. ITESM (Campus Monterrey) awarded him the degree of Master of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1994.

Within his professional activities, from 1996 to today, Ph.D. Federico Zertuche Luis has participated as a leading consultant in the implementation of Statistical Process Control, Simulation with ProModel and Flexsim, Design of Experiments, Shainin Methodology, Taguchi Methodology, Eight Disciplines, Statistics with Minitab, Five Steps, PRISM and Core Tools; the foregoing in companies such as General Motors, Chrysler, Mabe, Benteler, Visteon, ZF, Federal Mogul, Mahle Pistones, Brown, Tupy, Vesuvius, Inergy, Linamar, Gyrus, CooperStandar, Voss, Navistar, Calorex, InoPlastic and Continental; among other.

Since 2003 he has been a member of the Coahuila State Investigation System.

In 2008 he obtained a PhD in Science and Technology with a specialty in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing, in the Inter-institutional Program in Science and Technology (PNPC of Conacyt), taught at the Mexican Corporation in Materials Research.

In 2009 he obtained recognition, by the National System of Researchers (CONACYT), as a National Researcher. Since 2009 he is a member of the CONACYT Registry of Accredited Evaluators (RCEA).

In his professional development, within the Six Sigma methodology, the Doctor has Master Black Belt certification, certification with international folio from the Kaizen Institute with the complement of having an endorsement from the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (I.S.S.S.P.). From 2010 to date, he has been recognized as Senior Consultant of the Six Sigma Kaizen Institute, an Institute of which he has been an associate consultant since 2000.

As a Six Sigma consultant, he has received Black Belt and Master Black Belt certification programs and processes, in companies such as: Mabe, Lear (Saltillo Ramos Arizpe y Silao), Technicolor, ZF, Linamar, DeAcero, FEMSA, TV Azteca, Sanmina , Xerox, Siemens VDO, VITRO, TAKATA, Flextronics, HP, BlackBerry, Delco Remy and Mubea; among other. Of which he has the verification of having the advice and monitoring of more than 200 projects, developed and implemented, projects that have been valid for Six Sigma certifications with international folios.
