Chris is Director of Strategy Realization for the US Human Health Organization at Merck. He leads initiatives to build organizational capabilities and improve business processes to enable the successful achievement of key strategic goals. Recent examples include the development of Digital Marketing Analytics capabilities, the launch and execution of Agile teams to support digital transformation, and the creation of an Operational Excellence department working to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and waste in marketing operations processes. Chris has been with Merck for 27 years, progressing through a series of roles including Corporate Finance, Sales, Market Research, Managed Care Strategy, Brand Marketing, and Strategy Execution. Prior to joining Merck he spent 4 years with Mobil Oil in Finance.
Chris is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, certified in Organizational Change Management, and is a certified Agile Scrum Master. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Delaware, and an MBA in Finance from Villanova University. |
