    Some organizations require Black Belts to be full time. Others only have Black Belts perform those functions part-time. What should be the determining factors for whether it is a full time or part-time assignment?

      Yes. You put you best trained problem solver on your worst problems. Part time only makes sense if you don’t have your worst problems or your best people. The other option of course if that maybe you don’t care if something gets fixed.
