Mary is a GE-certified Master Black Belt Train-the-Trainer with over 25 years of experience in both manufacturing and service industries.  She is an Air Force Veteran who holds _abdPhD in Curriculum and Instruction, a Masters in Science Education, a Masters in Education, a Bachelor's in Education minoring Science, and an Associates in Elementary Education.  Having dedicated over 50 years in education and curriculum development for all ages, Mary took 18 years as a Master Black Belt at GE and started her own business, Mary Romeo & Associates, LLC  https://www.maryromeo.com, which focuses not only on Lean Six Sigma for Process Development but also Leadership and People Development, as well as, Business Development through Strategic Planning.  Mary's personal mission in life is "to help others succeed" and, she is looking forward to working with ISSSP to continue to pursue that mission.
