I have advanced experience in organizational efficiency, human resource utilization, and professional leadership development. I lead global enterprise projects to enhance strategic alignment, and increase efficiency by utilizing advanced performance improvement methodologies. My goals are for my organizations to have strategic alignment, so organizational leadership can track, identify, and conduct future performance improvement projects aligned to mission and vision goals. |
