Webinar: Six Sigma Tools to Forecast Labor
Six Sigma tools are commonly used to document and forecast quality results and manufacturing performance. Manufacturing across the globe still struggles to calculate how many people will be required "if" demand goes up, or down, or major improvements are made in a process. Some Six Sigma tools are now being used to assist in forecasting needed labor based on changing demand. Yamazumi, Standard Deviation "Bell Curve" and several other traditional Six Sigma tools have been modified to assist manufacturing in these efforts. This presentation will show examples of the modified tools and how they are used.
