Don Linsenmann After several years in the composites business, Don Linsenmann was given the opportunity to lead an old-school industrial business for DuPont, Industrial Nylon. He led a regional business team while in Geneva, Switzerland, in DuPont's Lycra® business. Then, as DuPont was experimenting with several new business models, he was assigned as president of two separate subsidiary companies of DuPont. Based on his business background combining creativity with facts and data, he was selected to lead the Six Sigma journey for DuPont. He was the first and only Corporate Six Sigma Champion in the Company.

He retired from DuPont in October 2015 and formed a small company, Executive Transformation Mentoring LLC, to help other businesses develop their future leaders by combining his lessons learned about creativity vs. facts and data.
